Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to spearhead retail success by driving trade programs, assets and analysis for new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales within the retail environment
  • Design and execute shop-in-shop retail display programs, including guidelines and logistics support
  • Build and localise sell-in decks, line reviews, and support with planograms, POS and promo calendars for key accounts
  • Implement an annual trade activation calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and major launches
  • Coordinate tradeshow activation and sales enablement tools
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Product Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating concise briefs for each new product or major update
  • Coordinate launch plans and timelines across channels
  • Prepare launch toolkits: messaging one-pagers, FAQs, comparison matrices and B2B sell-in materials, supporting training assets and sales talking points
  • Write asset briefs for content production, manage, drive approvals and distribution

Enablement, Analytics & Ops:

  • Maintain product training assets and sales decks updated
  • Report on key initiatives: sell-in and sell-through, velocity, promo lift and content compliance
  • Maintain trackers, raise POs, reconcile invoices and support budget tracking

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in trade/channel marketing and/or omnichannel product marketing support in consumer goods, accessories or adjacent categories. A strong understanding of the retail landscape and how to influence point-of-purchase decisions is also essential. The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across sales, product development and external partners is crucial.
