About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient execution of business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing action plans to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and stock levels to ensure optimal store presentation and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, adhering to company standards and wage targets.
  • Closely monitor store performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time sales assistant, supervisor, or 3IC with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
