**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bridgestone Australia Ltd. in Yarrawonga, NT.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, plus generous staff discounts, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of products within our warehouse. Key responsibilities include picking, despatching, receiving, and storing products, as well as supporting administrative and housekeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking & Despatch: Accurately pick tyre products and other items, assemble orders for despatch, and ensure all tasks comply with Occupational Health & Safety practices.
  • Receiving & Put Away: Unload, check, and store incoming products efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Administration: Support warehouse operations by maintaining required consumables, coordinating delivery runs, and managing reverse logistics.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, upholding our 3S standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Bridgestone's safety standards, report hazards, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Managerial Support: Assist in HSE activities, perform risk assessments, and support the Warehouse Manager in their absence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Initiative and a keen desire to learn.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Willingness to engage in manual handling tasks.
  • LF and LO Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain.
