About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Develop and mentor a high-caliber team of Solution Consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
    • Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and encourage team members to excel in value-based selling and technical storytelling.
  • Sales Partnership & Customer Engagement
    • Collaborate closely with Commercial Sales Leaders to align Solution Consulting resourcing, strategy, and priorities with business outcomes.
    • Educate customers on Adobe's value proposition and technical differentiation, ensuring effective engagement in sales cycles.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive consistent adoption of consultative discovery frameworks across all engagements, promoting operational efficiency.
    • Oversee team capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure optimal coverage and team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Represent the Solution Consulting function in cross-functional discussions with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
    • Contribute field insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer Advocacy & Innovation
    • Encourage a customer-first mindset by embracing innovative approaches in how the team engages, demos, and supports customer needs.
    • Ensure Adobe remains a trusted advisor by staying ahead of industry trends and competitive technologies.
