Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Officer - Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school's grounds and facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of the school's grounds, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas
  • Repair and maintenance of school buildings and facilities
  • Securing grounds and equipment to ensure safety
  • Minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
  • Australian work rights
  • The ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively
