Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic service-driven team as a Customer Service Representative for a well-known brand in the Australian market.

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude, with a full driver's license, immaculate corporate presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a key member of the Dealership team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers who enter the showroom, providing seamless personalized experiences, dealing with general customer inquiries, assisting with booking test drives and performing general admin and data entry tasks.

The role offers flexible hours, working 5 days a week, with extensive training provided on the brand, product and service expectations. You will also enjoy a state-of-the-art showrooms based in Waitara, offering a unique customer-focused role within a dynamic industry and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
  • Provide seamless, personalized experiences for every customer
  • Deal with general customer inquiries
  • Assist with booking test drives
