Job Title: Exceptional Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
About the Role:
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office function, ensuring seamless customer service and timely resolution of issues while fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor staff to achieve maximum productivity and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on new product lines and relevant product issues to effectively communicate with customers.
- Manage office administration functions, including banking, receipting, and payroll, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the inputting and invoicing of customer orders into our system.
- Ensure customer call lists remain current and front counter/customer pick-ups are serviced professionally and courteously.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant previous management experience in a similar role.
- Experience in food services, warehousing, and distribution industries is advantageous.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
