Key Project: We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent from a signalling or communications background to enhance our railway signalling capabilities in NSW. Based in Sydney, this role will involve working with a multi-skilled team to deliver various rail projects across Australia.

Job Description:

  • Project Leadership: Manage a team of supervisors, subcontractors, or sub-partners to deliver assigned works, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and project functions.
  • Pre-Planning: Review and approve resources, scoped works, and sub-partner packages prior to execution.
  • Team Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for resources, subcontractors, and sub-partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify and implement controls for 30/60/90-day risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Delivery Coordination: Organize work sequences to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency, capturing daily records and progress.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction delivering major projects, with a focus on signalling, signalling civils, communications, and electrical works.
