  • Take ownership of product management within each department, driving sales to achieve targets.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service every time.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing high stock volume.
  • Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
