Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor works across the precinct.
  • Act as the main client contact, managing requests and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Supervise contractors, source quotes, and oversee works to meet safety, quality, budget, and timeframes.
  • Inspect and monitor building assets and systems, log jobs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and UQ requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to a safe, efficient facilities environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A trade certificate or qualification in Plumbing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
