Sales Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams.

You will provide technical support and drive project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors. Your role will involve preparing proposals, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Additionally, you will track market trends and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical, medical, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings (desired)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tendering platforms
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
