Electrical Sales Specialist

This role involves building and managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams, providing technical support and driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing technical expertise and support to drive sales growth
  • Preparing tailored proposals and attending site meetings to deliver solutions
  • Tracking market trends and achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical, medical, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tendering platforms
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
