The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales and Engineering Specialist to join our team as a Sales Engineer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors, providing technical support and building relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building and managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams
  • Providing technical support and driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors
  • Preparing proposals, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Tracking market trends and achieving sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical (preferred), medical, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings (desired)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tendering platforms
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
