Security Operations Manager

MSS Security is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a client portfolio as a Client Services and Business Operations Manager. This permanent full-time opportunity will see you responsible for delivering security services to customers within a portfolio of clients and providing customer service of the highest quality.
As a key member of the MSS Security team, you will contribute to growing revenue and managing operational effectiveness while providing leadership in managing staff and building a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good computer literacy, and demonstrated experience in managing multiple sites and resolving HR/IR issues.
Key responsibilities will include client relationship management, leadership and management, incident management, security operations, profitability, training and compliance, and health, safety, and environment.
