Job Description

As a seasoned eDiscovery Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's pursuit of innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our Electronic Data Management (EDM) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end eDiscovery tasks, including data processing, reviews, active learning projects, and document productions using RelativityOne. They will also identify opportunities to optimize eDiscovery workflows, recommending the use of Relativity and other technologies to ensure efficient and high-value legal services delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on delivery of eDiscovery tasks, with a focus on building alignment and consistency in response to large-scale reviews and service delivery to clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline eDiscovery processes, recommending automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Planning and implementing case-specific eDiscovery solutions from data collection to trial, ensuring requirements are met while adhering to budget.
  • Documenting project requirements and managing stakeholder expectations, with a strong consultancy and advice component.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in litigation support and eDiscovery management, with a strong blend of hands-on technical capability and consultancy expertise.
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery software, such as Relativity, Reveal Data, and Nuix, or equivalent platforms, with familiarity with third-party service providers and their offerings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact confidently with lawyers, partners, and external providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
