About the Role

  • Lead a team of experts in eDiscovery to deliver high-value legal services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end eDiscovery strategies, including data processing, reviews, active learning projects, and document productions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for using Relativity and other eDiscovery technologies, automation, and processes.
  • Design and implement case-specific eDiscovery solutions from data collection to trial.
  • Define and agree project requirements.
  • Maintain effective management of eDiscovery projects to ensure successful delivery (including adherence to timelines).
  • Promote relationships with internal teams, particularly the Legal Delivery Centre, Legal Project Management, and Legal Technology teams.

About You:

  • We're seeking an individual with significant skill, experience, and characteristics, including:
  • A proven track record in providing litigation support and managing eDiscovery processes in large-scale matters.
  • A strong combination of technical capability, consultancy expertise, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery software, such as Relativity, Reveal Data, and Nuix, or other equivalent eDiscovery platforms, and knowledge of third-party service providers and their offerings.
  • Ability to interact confidently with lawyers, partners, and external providers.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A practical ability to identify efficient and effective solutions to non-standard situations.
