Job Title: E-Discovery Project Manager

This role involves overseeing the entire e-discovery process, from data collection to trial. It requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent consultancy and communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing e-discovery projects to ensure that requirements are met, including adherence to commercial targets.
  • Planning and implementing e-discovery solutions on a case-specific basis.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and value in the delivery of legal services.
  • Engaging with third parties as required, including lawyers and external providers.
  • Producing reports and tracking documentation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing litigation support and managing e-discovery processes in large-scale matters. They should also possess a strong blend of hands-on technical capability and consultancy expertise, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using e-discovery software, such as Relativity, Reveal Data, and Nuix, or other equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with third-party service providers and their offerings.
  • Experience in negotiating Exchange Protocols.
  • Understanding of legal procedures and requirements in relation to discovery/e-discovery.
  • Ability to interact confidently with lawyers, partners, and external providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
