About the role

You will play a key part in managing relationships with our insurance partners, customers, and repairers. Your focus will be on areas that require more coverage as we expand our client base. You will act as our internal and external expert from claim lodgement to resolution, ensuring all partners have an outstanding experience with our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling the claims process
  • Managing day-to-day recoveries, demands, and total losses
  • Facilitating escalations through our partner assessor Tapanda
  • Serving as the point of escalation for the operations team on all insurance matters
  • Aiding customer inquiries and helping requests to refine our offering
  • Supporting the business with operational or support needs
