Financial Wellbeing Professional
About the Role:
As a Financial Wellbeing Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients whenever they need support. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing claims packs for members and coordinating with insurers and trustee services.
- Managing claims processes and client relations, including communication with insurers, clients, and beneficiaries.
- Prioritising member interests and improving insurance outcomes.
- Upholding IFL's purpose of: Understand me, look after me and secure my future.
- Providing compassionate assistance to vulnerable clients.
- Enhancing system capabilities by capturing data and sharing knowledge.
- Monitoring the insurance phone line during designated hours.
Requirements:
- Preferred proven experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, specifically in claims and/or underwriting administration.
- Knowledge of Superannuation & legislation relating to insurance
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good written and verbal communication skills.
