About the Role

As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and managing relationships with cleaners and subcontractors across metro and regional Queensland.

You’ll be the face of the company in the field, ensuring high standards are maintained, relationships are strong, and operations run smoothly.

This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to various locations, including at least one regional trip per month.

One of your key responsibilities will be quoting and upselling one-off cleans and periodicals, with commission paid on what you close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing client relationships through regular site visits, follow-ups, and next-level service
  • Resolving challenges before they become problems
  • Leading cleaning performance
  • Building great working relationships with cleaning teams
  • Delivering feedback and coaching that helps people improve and feel supported
  • Conducting regular audits and safety checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental benchmarks
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Spotting and closing opportunities for additional business
  • Managing your territory like a pro
  • Maintaining CRM and audit data (Salesforce)
  • Keeping track of your schedule, comms, reports, and documentation
About You

You’re a highly organized, positive, resilient individual who loves getting things done properly.

You have excellent people skills and are confident in your ability to manage complex situations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and accountable approach to work
  • A solid communicator with clear, kind, and honest interactions
  • Ability to travel regularly, including to regional areas
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role
