Enterprise Transformation Leader Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading a major enterprise transformation program, focusing on modernizing SAP solutions to establish a contemporary technology foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a Proof of Concept for HR/Payroll migration and upgrade, capturing key lessons learned.
  • Establish and maintain vendor agreements and support models for corporate SAP solutions.
  • Oversee the re-platforming and upgrade of HR/Payroll and S/4HANA Finance, Business, and Logistics solutions to S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with business objectives and operational excellence goals.
  • Build and lead high-performing program teams, managing stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Provide strategic direction, governance, and reporting to executive leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise ERP/SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP environments, including HR/Payroll and S/4HANA.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver outcomes in complex and regulated environments.
