Job Opportunity

Assist the QA Team and Redox staff in maintaining Product Specifications, Certificates of Analysis, and other quality-related duties.

  • Clerical duties including Data Entry
  • Process Certificate of Analysis (C of A's) and follow-up non-conformances to ensure conformity to standards required
  • Investigate and update technical data
  • Maintain Product Specifications and related documentation
  • Provide quality industry information to sales staff and customers
  • Verify supplier information documents uploaded in the system

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, efficient time management, and intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft applications.

  • Previous experience in an office support role, collaborating with staff at various levels and divisions.
  • Demonstrate fast and accurate Data Entry skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or related fields would be advantageous
  • Experience with Certificate of Analysis and product specification would be a plus.
  • Flexibility and the ability to think critically
