Senior QA Specialist

This role is perfect for a skilled professional who can drive quality in commercial insurance technology.

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our testing efforts and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of our systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior QA engineers, driving test strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed quality at every stage of the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead a small QA team to achieve high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance domain, understanding its complexity, compliance, and nuances.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring QA engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Technical expertise in automation, API testing, and CI/CD environments, with a focus on modernizing QA practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business expectations and technical delivery.
