Job Title: Senior QA Associate

About the Role:

This mid-senior level position is focused on quality assurance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for products across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Initiate and track change requests in systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders for ANZ.
  • Field all artwork related queries.
  • Ensure all procedures and work instructions remain aligned with best practice.
  • Assist with audits, corrective and preventative actions, and quality-related technical projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include coordinating artwork changes, initiating and tracking change requests, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining artwork repositories, fielding artwork queries, ensuring procedures are aligned with best practice, and assisting with audits and quality-related projects.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a science or related discipline and previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment. They should also have working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code, familiarity with regulations on packaging and artwork, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
