Job Description

The role of Executive Assistant is a critical position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to support the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.

  • Managing schedules and email correspondence, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for key personnel, guaranteeing timely and efficient logistics.
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the broader Business Services team, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Ensuring cybersecurity and managing security risks through proactive measures and adherence to company protocols.
  • Organizing and coordinating logistics for Board and Principal meetings, including preparation of agendas, documents, and minutes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level within a commercial law firm or business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high level of diplomacy and confidentiality, with a strong emphasis on discretion and tact.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in legal case management software an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively across support teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
