**Description**:
About the role

We are seeking an experienced person to join us in the position of Installation and Maintenance Team Leader, based in Dandenong, reporting to the Branch Manager.

**As our Installation and Maintenance Team Leader, you will**:

- Co-ordinate the delivery of portable buildings to site, ensuring that the completion of any associated site works meet the customer's handover deadline.
- Provide Installation technical guidance and pricing to sales team and customer service staff.
- Ensure installation projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and within budget KPIs.
- Monitor installations at site level to ensure customer expectations are met, including liaison with all internal and external stake holders.
- Manage the daily service run schedule to ensure that equipment exchanges are completed in a timely and economical manner
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety requirements are met both on customer sites and internal
- Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers.
- Management of Contractors ensuring compliance with Company Policies and SHEQ expectations.

Skills and experience

Proven capability to lead and develop team members.
Proven commitment and outcomes in HSE.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised and detail conscious.
Experience in leading a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead project-based work
Trade or business qualified with experience ideally gained with a leading equipment company or a department in a large industrial business
Proven ability to identify available resources to ensure that building installation projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
