We are seeking a skilled civil engineer to join our team, specializing in road, rail, bridge, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects.
This is a high-performing team working on various projects across roads, airports, power, water, and industry sectors, providing expertise in stormwater drainage, earthworks, and road/pavement design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary civil projects as Job Manager and/or Lead Civil Engineer.
- Developing and implementing processes to deliver outstanding project results from feasibility to detailed design.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members in technical areas, project planning, and execution.
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities through collaboration with internal and external partners.
