We are seeking a Highway Engineering Expert to lead the detailed design of road geometry projects and mentor a team of civil designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive designs for civil roadworks, adhering to Austroads Guides and Australian Standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of civil designers, reviewing and refining their work.
  • Provide technical expertise in drainage and culvert design.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and practical engineering solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in road geometry design within local markets.
  • Proficiency in 12D or Open Roads software, as well as Microsoft applications.
  • A thorough understanding of Austroads Guides and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, mentor a team, and deliver high-quality designs.
