Engineering professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment will find this role highly rewarding. As an Experienced Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering design services across various projects and infrastructure types.

  • Manage and deliver civil engineering design services, including traditional transport infrastructure projects and renewable energy systems.
  • Identify efficient and cost-effective solutions through value engineering reviews.
  • Develop and recommend design methods, specifications, and performance requirements for tenders and projects.
  • Oversee project tasks, lead client engagement, manage budgets and resources, and complete case studies.
  • Influence continuous improvement through high-performance innovation and accountability.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree or diploma in civil engineering.
  • Engineers Australia Chartership and state professional registrations are desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry.
  • Exposure to multi-discipline engineering design and construction delivery.
  • Excellent engineering skills in civil engineering discipline, specifically in relation to civil infrastructure design, road geometric design, rail geometric design, construction staging, and temporary traffic management.
  • Proficient in terrain modeling and civil engineering software such as 12d Model and/or Autodesk Civil 3D.
