As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our strategic growth plans and driving business value through data-driven insights. The Opportunity: To support our growth ambitions, we are building a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join us and help shape our reporting and forecasting function.

You will be responsible for owning the reporting and forecasting processes for both our Australian and UK operations. This involves partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the reporting and forecasting processes for both the Australian and UK businesses
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights that drive growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau to bring data to life
  • Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive process improvement and embed best practices in reporting and forecasting
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
