**Job Title:** Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our back-of-house operations and drive store success. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-turnover, large-format fashion retailer. They will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direction to the Back of House team around daily priorities
  • Planning and managing stock deliveries to achieve door-to-floor period of 24 hours
  • Ensuring maximum stock availability through effective management of replenishment systems
  • Optimizing the back of house layout for efficiency and ease of access to bestsellers
  • Assisting with stock loss management and procedures

**Requirements:**

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to execute daily priorities in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
