About the Job:
We are looking for a part-time Back of house staff member who will be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values. All applicants will be trained and will report to the Head of Kitchen.

Role:

- Preparing fillings daily
- Decorating product to company standards
- Working with products such as chocolate and creams
- Practising work place health and safety at all times
- General cleaning during shift and prior to end of shift of BOH
- Helping front of house if required during busy periods
- Produce and maintain a consistently high level of food preparation and presentation
- Undertake general duties such as working to production schedules and meeting daily outputs, stock rotation and correct storage of products, record keeping relevant to food production, temperature control, labelling products, cleaning and sanitising equipment and kitchens, reporting of anything that may affect product quality or OH&S in order to comply with laws and company policies
- The successful applicant will: _
- Have a passion for providing great quality product
- Previous experience within the dessert industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to follow recipes and work to standards
- Contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the business
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, health and safety
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
