About the Role
- Partner with senior leaders to drive strategically aligned learning investments, fostering individual, team, and organisational growth.
- Develop division-wide future-focused capability strategies, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and implement learning pathways that support targeted capability development and career progression.
- Lead project plans, set goals, and track performance impacts.
