Event Planning Specialist

We seek an accomplished Event Planning Specialist to spearhead our national events strategy, cultivating opportunities that align with our business goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive events calendar, identifying and proposing event ideas that drive revenue growth, and ensuring timely and high-quality event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national events strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and propose event opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Project manage the delivery of key events, leveraging internal resources to ensure timely and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience and long-term client growth through engaging and purposeful events.
  • Ensure all contracts/agreements and deliverables meet company standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive event success.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding event KPIs.
  • Proven expertise in campaign management and event logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database platforms.
