Job Title

Golding Urban has been a stalwart of the subdivision market in South East Queensland for 25 years. We are currently hiring an administration professional to manage our Ormeau office.

We are a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. We work hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.

Key role tasks:

  • Process financial records, including invoices, timesheets and production reports.
  • Prepare requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts.
  • Reconcile onsite accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Compile monthly progress reports, IVMS reports and training records.
  • Maintain effective filing systems and records.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Key role capability requirements:

  • Previous experience working on a site is essential.
  • Experience in working with SAP is required.
  • Able to learn new computer systems quickly.
  • Good work ethic with ability to work long hours.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A high attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and confidently.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office to an advanced level.
  • Able to work in and contribute to a team.
