Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Randstad. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable duties, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project financials to ensure accurate charges are applied according to work orders.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers and inventory, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.
  • Employee Support: Manage employee timesheets and ensure correct allowances and entitlements are applied according to awards, work agreements, and departmental policies.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for student and staff information.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Administration Experience: Administration support experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Financial Management: Strong experience working with financial and information management systems.
  • Finance Experience: Finance experience is desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
