The Pathology Supervisor is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pathology Laboratories across multiple locations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of professionals to deliver high-quality pathology services to patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead the Pathology team in providing exceptional service and ensuring the delivery of scientific outcomes and patient experience.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pathology Laboratories, including resource allocation and coordination.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality management principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Scientific Director, People & Culture Business Partner, and Regional Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
- Education: An undergraduate degree in a science-related field with a postgraduate qualification (as per the RTAC CoP/NPACC requirements).
- Experience: Proven ability to work as a team member, with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
