  • Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions and support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.">

  • Facilitate open communication within the team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.">

  • ">
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.">

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.">

  • ">
  • A strong client service focus with excellent experiential retail skills to ensure the store represents the brand.">

  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.">
