In this role, you will partner with our Director of Product to envision and deliver on our Loan Originations Platforms. You will work closely with other designers to ensure high-quality and consistent output across our ecosystem. Your experience conducting generative and evaluative research for digital products will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the #1 Digital Bank.

To succeed, you'll need a minimum of 8 years' experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a proven track record of leading design projects to successful outcomes. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies is essential.

You'll also require proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial in articulating design concepts and rationalizing design decisions to stakeholders.

This role offers a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As part of our team, you'll enjoy hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, and access to a wide range of benefits supporting your physical, psychological, and financial wellbeing.
