Clinical Care LeaderWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Care Leader to join our multidisciplinary team at Tjilpiku Pampaku Ngura in South Australia’s APY Lands. This role requires providing high-quality patient care and leadership to a team of clinicians.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans for residents
  • Report changes or concerns in patients’ conditions
  • Provide nursing care within the scope of clinical practice
  • Assess, plan, and implement resident care while considering their physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and clinical needs
  • Assist with research relevant to clinical matters
  • Support individuals in participating in programs and recreational activities
  • Monitor and delegate personal care given by other staff
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Registered Nurse
  • AQF Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification
  • At least 12 months of full-time work experience (post-qualification) undertaken in the last 5 years
  • Ability to liaise with a care team and provide mentorship to others when required
  • Demonstrated understanding of resident-centred and residential-based care services delivery
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
