What You'll Do as a Resident Assistant:

  • Help residents with daily routines like dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
  • Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate support
  • Build personal connections with residents and contribute to their emotional well-being
  • Encourage participation in group activities, events, and social outings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Work closely with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Compassion and Patience – A heart for helping seniors live their best lives
  • Team Player Attitude – Willing to jump in and support coworkers
  • Strong Communication Skills – Clear, respectful, and resident-focused
  • High School Diploma or GED – CNA certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is helpful—but we'll train the right person with the right mindset
