What You'll Do as a Resident Assistant:
- Help residents with daily routines like dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate support
- Build personal connections with residents and contribute to their emotional well-being
- Encourage participation in group activities, events, and social outings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Work closely with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
What You Bring to the Team:
- Compassion and Patience – A heart for helping seniors live their best lives
- Team Player Attitude – Willing to jump in and support coworkers
- Strong Communication Skills – Clear, respectful, and resident-focused
- High School Diploma or GED – CNA certification is a plus but not required
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is helpful—but we'll train the right person with the right mindset
