Job Title: Policy Officer

As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for contributing to strategic projects related to health statutory agencies. You will work closely with the manager and other team members to deliver high-quality results across various projects.

  • Support key projects relating to governance and compliance activities of health statutory agencies
  • Prepare and coordinate timely, high-quality reports, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence
  • Contribute to process improvement activities

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail while being able to work at pace and under pressure. They will demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and have a proven ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must be able to quickly understand the systems, processes, and tools used by Office of Health Statutory Agencies (OHSA) to progress its work program. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
