Job Title: Corporate and Commercial Legal Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated legal professional to excel in commercial law.

We seek an individual who is eager to work part-time, relishing the prospect of joining a positive and supportive environment.

  • Providing administrative support to lawyers within the corporate and commercial team.
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, typing documents and general correspondence.
  • Filing and indexing original documents, taking calls, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Preparing court documents, liaising with clients, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key skills and qualifications we'd love:

  • Prior experience in legal administration, preferably in corporate and commercial law.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and typing skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
