Commercial Lawyer (Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Flexible/Remote/Hybrid)

We are a boutique commercial practice in Collingwood with a leading presence in the travel and tourism industry, advising operators, peak bodies and household names across Australia. Alongside travel, we also act for clients in a range of other industries, advising on commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and M&A deals, with a focus on practical, commercial outcomes.

We are seeking a commercially minded, pragmatic lawyer with at least 4+ years post-admission experience to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

  • Flexibility – work remotely or adopt a hybrid arrangement from our Collingwood office.
  • High-quality clients – support well-known travel brands, plus clients across other sectors.

About you

  • Admitted to practice in Australia with minimum 4 years PQE in commercial and/or corporate law.
  • Strong background in contract drafting and M&A transactions.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and client-focused – able to provide solutions, not just recite the law.
  • Comfortable working independently with flexibility and responsibility.
