Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional, you'll have the opportunity to lead and deliver high-impact projects within our organisation.

This pivotal role oversees multiple project streams, manages project managers, and builds strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders.

You'll bring a deep understanding of the investment domain and navigate complex stakeholder environments to deliver outcomes that align with both member and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and plan programs/projects, ensuring robust initiation and delivery methodologies.
  • Oversee program delivery at a macro level, including risk, quality, change, and benefits management.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead procurement and vendor management activities, ensuring robust risk management.
  • Establish and manage governance for multi-project or program delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality communication and reporting to Project Boards and the Executive Group.

Requirements:

As a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills, you'll excel in this role. You'll also pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
