The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on multiple renewable energy and construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Cultivating and mentoring senior supervisors, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
- Utilizing your expertise to drive project outcomes through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Leading site leadership teams in achieving exceptional results, focusing on employee satisfaction, safety, and quality.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and HR procedures, applying them to manage the workforce effectively.
- Fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and environmental sustainability, aligned with Monford's values.
- Facilitating coaching and monitoring activities to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field, complemented by significant experience in a similar position on large-scale construction projects.
- At least 10 years' experience in senior supervisory roles, managing large teams and resources.
- A valid Australian driver's license and a current Construction Induction White Card.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
