**Aircraft Training Captain Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill a unique opportunity as our Aircraft Training Captain.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for captains and first officers in the aircraft.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NJS Operations Manual Suite and relevant regulatory documents.
  • Provide recommendations to the Head of Training and Checking on procedures for increasing safety on our fleet.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and caring training culture for all trainees.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and high standards of conduct and behavior consistent with industry values.

**Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 1000 hours PIC experience on A220 or similar generation 4 jet aircraft.
  • Minimum 4000 hours total flying experience.
  • Previous experience as a training or check captain (or equivalent qualification) on jet aircraft.
  • Australian ATPL license.
  • Understanding of human factors and non-technical skills in performance.
