About The Position

The successful applicant will provide assistance to families by handling tasks such as payments, bookings, and other family-related matters. Additionally, they will be responsible for administrative and operational duties related to the vacation care program. This includes building relationships with service directors and working together to ensure the inclusion of all children in the program.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and their families.
  • Organize activities and excursions for the vacation care program.
  • Collaborate with service directors to include all children in the OSHC program.
  • Assist the wider support team with urgent tasks.

Requirements And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to provide empathetic and professional assistance to employees and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desirable: 1-year experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current or willingness to obtain Working with Children Check.
  • Current or willingness to obtain RRHAN-EC training.
