Expert Clinical Advisor

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Pharmacist to play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care.
As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to optimise patient outcomes.
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, including medication review, counselling, and monitoring
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures that drive business growth
Our ideal candidate:
- Registered Pharmacist with current registration to practice in Victoria
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for the pharmacy profession and a desire to contribute to business success
