Job Title: Airport Services Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Services Officer. In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient ground handling and airport services for our customers at Olympic Dam Airport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including AVANTIK system setup, pre-flight editing, boarding, and disruption management.
  • Oversee aircraft ground handling, including receipt and dispatch, baggage and cargo handling, and ground communications.
  • Operate ground service equipment, including safety checks, fueling, and fuel management (subject to training and approval).
  • Manage flight administration, including manifest management, processing of go-show/no-show passengers, and document preparation.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, OH&S, and environmental regulations, including incident reporting and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide assistance in training for new and existing staff (subject to approval) and support other airport bases as required.
